Malta - EU Legal Brief Since Malta's membership in the EU, the Malta Legal Brief and the Europa Update have been consolidated into the Malta - EU Legal Brief that compiles local and EU legal developments. ABL EU Update The ABL EU Update is prepared for the Alliance of Business Lawyers (ABL) EU Unit by Ganado Sammut Advocates, the ABL member in Malta. The newsletter is issued at the end of each month and is intended to keep the reader abreast of legal developments within the EU including jurisprudence as well as to alert the reader to EU funding opportunities that may be of interest.
